This is where those delectable Ethel M Chocolates are made. You get to fulfill all your chocolate fantasies as you tour the facility and see how those chocolates are made. After you get your chocolate fix, you can head on over to the unique, three-acre Botanical Cactus Garden which is just next door. Here you’ll find more than 300 types of cactus including spotted aloe, and agave plants.

Gondola Ride at the Venetian

Get a dose of romance as you take a ride on one of the gondolas traveling either inside or outside the hotel. Inside, you’ll be cruising through the Grand Canal Shoppes. Outside, the gondolas traverse along a lagoon in front of the Venetian. You’ll get an awesome view of the Las Vegas strip here.

Lake Mead

Just 30 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip is Lake Mead National Recreation Area. This 16th largest man-made lake in the world occupies a whopping 1.5 million acres and 820 miles of shoreline. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Strip, then Lake Mead is for you. Here you can do everything from jet skiing to kayaking, to swimming.

If you’ve always dreamed of rubbing elbows with Michael Jackson- but never got the chance to- then you should definitely go and see Madame Tussaud’s wax museum. Here you can feast your eyes on more than a hundred wax replicas of famous celebrities, musicians and sports figures. They look so real, you’d think they had a pulse.
